Locally owned and operated by entrepreneur Ashiqur Rahman Shubir, the new 1600-square-foot restaurant brings a modern, fast-casual dining experience rooted in authentic Mediterranean flavors, traditional Greek recipes, and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant seats 16 guests in the dining room and 20 outside.
Guests searching for Mediterranean food in Coral Springs will find a diverse, customizable menu featuring favorites like the Classic Greek Salad, build-your-own Rice Bowls, and Gyros with a variety of protein options ranging from gyro meat to salmon. Signature items like made-to-order Feta Fries and desserts including Baklava Ice Cream and Rice Pudding round out the menu.

Islam, a U.S. Army veteran whose leadership, discipline, and commitment to service helped shape their shared vision for the restaurant.
